New patients
Your first visit, simplified.
Here is what happens, what to bring, and how we handle cost, so there is nothing to dread.
What to expect
- A short chat about your health, your teeth and any worries
- A gentle exam, with X-rays only if they will help
- A plain-language review of what we found
- A written plan with costs, so you can decide in your own time
What to bring
- Photo ID
- Your insurance card, if you have one
- A list of any medicines you take

Cost and insurance
We tell you the cost before we start.
We will check what your plan covers before your visit. No insurance? You are still welcome, and we will walk through your options together.
How we keep it clear
- Costs explained before treatment
- Coverage checked ahead of your visit
- Questions welcome at any point
Questions new patients ask
Do you see kids?
Yes. We care for the whole family, from a child’s first visit onward.
What if I am nervous about the dentist?
Tell us when you book. We go at your pace, explain each step before we start and you can raise a hand to pause at any time.
What if I do not have insurance?
You are still welcome. We will talk through your options and costs before any treatment, so there are no surprises.
Can I be seen the same day for a toothache?
Call us first thing. We hold time each day for urgent pain whenever we can, and we will tell you plainly if we cannot fit you in.
Ready when you are.
Tell us a little about what you need and we will call you back to find a time. New patients are always welcome.
